- Provider. The 1lk.it service is provided by DreamersWare S.r.l.s. (company details on the About us page).
- Business users only. 1lk.it is reserved for businesses and professionals. The DreamersWare General Terms of Service for business customers (B2B) apply in full. This page supplements them with the rules specific to 1lk.it.
- Acceptable use. You may not create links, QR codes or bio pages leading to malware, phishing or spam, or to unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights. The DreamersWare content publishing rules also apply. DreamersWare may disable reported or malicious links without notice. Anyone can report abuse from the Report page.
- Statistics. Customers receive statistics on their links under the rules of the Privacy Policy: no clear IP, pseudonym deleted after 30 days, statistics kept for the life of the link. Customers use links and statistics in compliance with applicable law.
- Payments and invoicing. Payment is by bank transfer or cryptocurrency (see Payments). Invoices are issued by DreamersWare S.r.l.s.
- Governing law and jurisdiction. As set out in the B2B General Terms.
